Tough... long day.
Nelli (sorta) had a good start. Pooped good... didn’t eat so well :(
As day progressed, old tape running- tried too many times to poop, no success? Hungry wanted to, approached food... ate a little then walked over to poop- no success.
So, we’ll see how dinner time goes here shortly... Nelli doesn’t feel good and I don’t know how to help.

Thanks Carla. I am very sad. Nelli is not feeling good- has returned to wanting to eat, but after knowing her food is down goes to poop first... can’t so then skips eating.
I feel so helpless. Nelli needs me and I don’t know what to do.

Bupe is given orally, are they all ready in the syringes? Like do u have several already made up? There shouldn’t be any needles on the prepared bupe already measured out, If so it goes in their mouth, I put it by the side of mouth my the cheeks
The site is probably very sore and that’s why she isn’t pooping so give pain meds and that should help

Syringed needle.
 
I’ve only used oral bupe. I can’t believe you weren’t given instructions. Can you call an ER and ask? I’m assuming it must be given sub-q but I would ask. :bighug: Poor Nellie. My heart goes out to both of you.

I was reading and some vets will give subq to take home so looks like u r right
