Squallie is having a good day. Playful in the early morning, ate like a champ and is now having his post-brekkies nap.

He got his name because as a newborn kitten, he never stopped meowing. He was always "squalling", lol. So he was the squally kitten out of the litter, and the moniker just stuck; he became Squallie.

 

That is so adorable! Love it! Is he still a very vocal cat?

 

It's funny, he hasn't been vocal in years, but just the past few months he's gotten vocal again. He now has a really cute, funny meow, kind of rusty and creaky. It's very sweet.
