AMPS 230 shooting 2.0u
Expecting to see mid-range blue today

Boomer ate all of his overnight food except for about a tsp. Apparently he was looking for head scratchies this morning at 4:00; DH said he was standing beside me staring at me....DH invited him over but he wouldn't go, I guess he wanted mama-bean scratchies lol

I had no luck finding the owl yesterday but it didn't help that DH and I spent time scouring the wrong part of the park! This park exists on both sides of the road; we assumed we should look in one part and found out after about an hour that it was the section on the other side:rolleyes: Anyways, no owl but I did see lots of Golden-crowned Kinglets. Not sure I got a shot; they are quick little birds!

I'm heading out shortly (right after t/f/s) still hoping to see Loons on the pond.

Hahaha! Oh my gosh, cats are such creepertons sometimes! :p But they sure are fun, aren't they? I hope Boomer comes down at least to the beach today for you. Best of luck at the pond!!

I knew he did this; I've woke up before and found him staring at me. I think he waits for my acknowledgement of his presence; if he gets it he lays down beside me, if he doesn't get it he moves to the end of the bed and sulks:rolleyes:

We had a male Indio Bunting on our bird feeder this morning. They are very flighty birds and very illusive. I hope there are a pair and they stick around!

Oh I would be just beside myself if I saw one of those in my yard! I've only ever seen one; I did get a photo but would definitely like a better one!

Well he's got a bit of a food bump right now but +5 254. Allowing him to eat his +6 now and DH and I are going out to see the owls and hopefully some other things lol

I find it hard to believe the bounce is lasting this long; I'll see what happens tonight and tomorrow.
