So yesterday I went to bed at +5, Nam-kha was at 99. One again, she went low, I had to give her high carb food, but maybe because of the decrease to 0.25, I gave her less carb food than usual and it was easier for her to go back up.

This morning she is at 176!

That’s great that it was easier to get her numbers up, beautiful cycle last nice a very nice start this morning! Leave some food out for, surf safe, Nam-kha. Loving her SS so much!

Yep! Usually, it takes at least 2 hours to see her numbers going really up, but yesterday evening she went from 52 to 63 in one hour, and then she was at 99 later so I could sleep knowing she was safe.

And this morning I was SOOO happy to see her in the blue zone, instead of the pink or yellow I think it's because she had less dry food during the night, but who knows..

I left a lot of wet food for the day + some frozen air dried raw meat. And just to be sure, I fed her about 20 kibbles of pro plan DM.

Hold off on the increase, especially if you need to be at work today, the high numbers might be a bounce from a low in yesterday’s cycle that you missed. You should know very soon and can increase if nothing is doing, but I think she will be seeing green again today if she didn’t last night.
