yesterday

Jerry dropped from the flat yellow of his AM cycle yesterday to greens in the PM cycle which was surprising. Since he got down to 58 I gave him another reduction this AM to .50 IU.

Again he has dropped +3 to 69. Boy he's being consistent all of a sudden. Looking to an AM cycle of greens today..

And we're on the bounce again. At least we had a long run in blues and greens this time. I'll see what the PM cycle is like. I could do with a little more than 5 hours sleep
