I know . I am almost in tears again. Have had three meltdowns and a panic attack already today. I think I am going to call and plead my case with regular vet tomorrow to see if she will give another convinia shot to possible get him another 2 weeks until I can get him to the IM. Then I am going yo try the IM to see if there is any way to get him in any sooner. I don't think he will make it if neither happens.

I saw your note in Asia's condo re. investigating TAMU. It's certainly got one of the better vet labs in the country. In fact, many GI tests are sent there (e.g., they do definitive diagnostics for hepatic lipidosis). It's ranked #7 nationally by US News.

Something will happen for you somehow, I believe it will happen. Tomorrow is another day and maybe the answers will come more clearly with sleep (does for me anyway).

I really know how you feel. Every morning I wake up , pet TiTi, and on feeling her bony back, I burst into tears. We are all doing the best we can. And if it's not enough, then we need a miracle.

I do not know what an IM is ( I am pretty sure it is not a Squallie invisible mouse). I do hope that whatever/whoever that is , you get to see them pronto.

Simply hope that Gizmo feels the urge to eat for you and soon.
