    My stomach is still off. It may take a while for it to get back to normal. I don't know how long it takes to get over food poisoning. Thanks for asking.

    Maybe it’s actually a stomach bug, my experience with food poisoning is a wham-bam ordeal that comes and is gone in 24-48hrs. If you don’t feel better tomorrow maybe you should consider another rest day. The stomach flu has been particularly harsh this year.

    I'm pretty sure it was food poisoning, but it will just take a while for my stomach to recover. Thanks.
