Happy, purry and loving this morning. CBC yesterday all day without encouragement and again this AM. He has even been eating his pottsa-chews!

Got another case of "off" whole earth duck pate. Chewy is going to replace it (I think they are just going to issue a credit back to the cc) but the customer service is going to issue a formal complaint with the manufacturer and they said the will notify me with the response (not holding my breath). I tried 3 different cans from the new case and it is definitely a no-go with Gizmo . I still have 3 cans left from the old case but am using fowl ball right now until I can get another case to try. Going to give it one more chance and then I will try the 2.75oz and if that is this weird constancy I will have to figure out something else.

With the fowl ball I have puree it with an immersion blender because he leave the larger shreds behind. Not a big deal just a PITA.

 

Well bummer, Lizzie I only experienced that once and I get both size cans . Hope things straighten out

 

Please let me know if you experience it again? It is lighter in color, smoother texture. I am going to have hubby grab a case from Petco this weekend. Fingers crossed.
