AMPS 236 shooting 3.5u

Apparently Boomer called me a couple of times around 4:00; he woke DH up but I did not hear him. He also puked last night and had a poop; the poop I knew about

We had another huge storm roll through our area yesterday which, for the most part, missed us but there are pictures of funnel clouds all over Facebook; yet no tornado warning was issued

Yesterday I happened to glance out our bedroom window and saw a young Northern Flicker in our tree! Of course I ran for my camera and quietly went out the door and got a few shots.

 

I'm glad you were safe in the crazy weather. Sorry about the puke last night. I hope Boomer surfs safely today. Great picture.

 

I've had enough of these darn storms! Leaves and branches down everywhere - power lines are down across the road to/from town More power outages than yesterday!

Love that Flicker shot! Such a beautiful bird!!! Recently the adult was out there feeding her baby - so precious!!

 

Don't like the heat storms at all. They seem to be more dangerous and destructive than blizzard.

 

Ugh, storms. Our civvie Chloe spent a lot of time hiding from them in the closet yesterday. Hope all's well today, though.

I'm not a big fan of summer storms, that's for sure. Yesterday's storm looked worse than Friday's storm and there were tornado warnings issued for Friday!

And I saw a Pileated Woodpecker finally this morning! Going back soon so see if I can get a better shot.
