Furball was happy & purry this morning. She is feeling good despite the pinks. She seems to be being very bouncy again. I am also fighting air bubbles again. Last night felt like a short shot. When you have a small dose and air bubbles, it is easy to give less insulin than you think you are giving. It will be interesting to see what she does today. I'm pretty sure she got a good dose this morning.
 
Why did you have to bounce Furball? Yeah those dang bubbles can be murder. When I get them, if I pull more insulin than needed, it seems to help me flick them up and then when I pull down on the syringe to get some air into the barrel and start plunging upwards realllllllly slowly to the desired unit mark, it seems to always do the trick.

Hope she comes down for you soon. But glad she is her purry sweet self.

Yes, those aggravating air bubbles...I do a lot of flicking myself...seems to get rid of 99% of them...sometimes a tiny squeeze and turn of the plunger action helps... Hope she'll come down today...:bighug:
 
Furball's coming down slowly........I have bubbles in this batch of needles too........makes me crazy as you waste a lot of insulin trying to get them out.
 
I went through a bubbly phase recently, too; it seems to be finally improving. I remember during my last bubbly phase, you were having the same problem at the same time. That would make more sense if we had the same weather.:confused:

Oh Furball, settle in with those blues and greens again please. They really do suit you.
