Ok, needs some serious advise. +11=84 (rest=79). I cannot take off work at all this next week. I cannot risk him being in danger.
Do I reduce to 0.75U? I can always go back up if needed but I must keep him safe. What do I do???

Ok, my plan is shot 0.75U tonight through Wednesday AM and Wednesday PM increase (if necessary) to 0.875U. That is what I did last time and it worked beautifully. I have to be able to leave him.

Refusing to eat. He is hissing and spitting at me
. He got Cerenia, ondan and mirtz. I have no idea what is going on. Will give it about 10 min and try and get him to eat again. He has been acting fine all day.

I found this online " cats with reported mirtazapine exposure were obtained from the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center. The group consisted of 84 cats varying in age and breed. The most common side effect was vocalization; other signs included agitation, vomiting, ataxia, restlessness and tremors."
Could he have developed a reaction to one of the meds? Can I ask what he's taking Cernia & Ondan for? I thought you gave CBD OIl?

Nausea. He has chronic pancreatitis. He gets Mirtz no more frequently than every 4th day and only as-needed. Yes, he gets cbd (powdered from a a capsule) every cycle.
Got him to finish about 95% of his food.

You need to do whatever to get him up ... especially since you need some sleep tonight. Hopefully that will do the trick and he won’t bounce to high.

Those numbers could be meter variance, but
