Looking great so far today!! :D:D
Hopefully she'll continue to surf but have the electric utility company outside chopping up the trees (you can't call what they do "trimming"....they really come through and do a lot of damage....we're lucky if our trees survive their "trimming") :arghh:

Lots of noise of course, so everybody's a bit on edge (including me)! I hate when they come through! I understand the need to keep branches clear from the power lines, but there's no need to butcher our trees the way they do. It does no good whatsoever to ask them to try to be as "gentle" as possible....they just come through with their buzzsaws and tear them up :mad:

They killed several trees in the neighborhood last year by "trimming"....they literally took the entire north side of several trees down...then the homeowners end up having to pay to have the rest of the tree taken down

Great to hear Trixie is feeling better today! Hope all of Tricia's crew have happy appy's and all the other kitties here in LL are feeling great today!
 
Nice start for China today. I hope they don't kill more trees with their trimming. That is so sad they don't care more than that.
 
China, nice surf action would be terrific today.

Sorry about the tree mutilators. Those "trimmers" from the power company can sure change the aesthetics of a beautifully tree lined street.

Not cool on the tree trimming noise!!!! UGH! That's the worst! Well, China looks spectacular in her blues and greens, so apparently, she wasn't phased by them. :p Sleep well, Chris!

That's such a pain on the tree trimmers. We rented a house a couple years ago that had a beautiful fenced-in back yard with several large trees. The power company absolutely butchered one of the trees, basically cutting the entire top off. Unsurprisingly, the tree died. To add insult to injury the owner of our rental tried to charge us for killing the tree when we moved out...as if we had any control over the power company chopping the top off...:mad:
