Still not liking these higher AMPS numbers, but I guess as long as she keeps making it to the lagoon, I won't complain (much)

We're going to have to try something different when it comes to losing this extra "fluff" I guess...she's actually eating less but she's gaining weight!! Guess I need to get into the habit of taking her to the bedroom (so we're alone) and working her out with Da Bird and see if we can run some of it off! Can't use it in the house with the other cats because everybody goes crazy for it which makes it really hard to play with!

Another super-cold day here and they're saying more snow tomorrow (some places are saying 7" or more but I think I believe the ones that are saying 1-3" more) ....guess I'd better get out and stock up on cat food just in case!...BRRRRRR

I think I saw China pulling out her suitcase....I think she's planning on running off to the big city with Rusty and pigging out on hot dogs...LOL

I see many a work out in China's future!! Not only are you pet-mama, lady with the pokie things, etc but get to be personal trainer too :)
 
It's cold here too..we must be getting the storm you just had. We're like bookends, LOL. It's 9 degrees now. We get "lake effect" snow so we're in for the long haul. I bought 4 gallons of milk! Tell China to shoot for Hawaii. She can go to a luau with Rusty.
 
Hi China, sounds like a great trip too the big city! Guess we're lucky to just have rain on the Oregon Coast, I've never seen snow but the mum has! Coral and Kathe

Good luck with the workout routine, Chris! It never worked for Marshmallow, but she was a supremely lazy cat. :woot:

Our "1-3" of snow has morphed into a Winter Weather Warning with freezing rain/sleet starting around noon, followed by sleet/snow of up to 8" so nobody may be going anywhere for the next day or two....but this being Missouri, you just never know what you get until it gets here....and the louder the weatherpeople scream about how bad it's going to be, the less that usually happens.
 
It's hard to complain about those mid-cycle numbers, but isn't it frustrating when the preshots are higher? I think Cinco's been slipping down to the lagoon to hang with China a little. Maybe she can convince him to stick around there a little longer.

Stock up and hunker down with some snuggly kitties! No snow here (darn it!), but we're getting all the rain we've been praying for - and them some!! Not complaining, though. Could be much worse (that isn't a dare, Mother Nature, if you're listening).

Thanks for the vines and support. I don't know what I would do without the wonderful people here.
