:banghead:Yep I had a techno brain fog (or Spunky pushed the post button when I stepped away before starting to write. ;)). Apologies, all. So, I'll try to resume:

Good evening all in LL. In mind and heart are for all whose hearts are breaking these days; in particular Les and her Gussie @Gussie's mom in Gussie's recent u/s and to Bron @Bron and Sheba and her family in Sheba's gentle journey to :rb_icon: today.

And, as is in the yin yang of life, vines of support for those whose struggle with this damn FD are in swings of it all and joy for those who are close to or recently celebrating OTJ.

It's winter, with short grey days and long winter nights, probably not ideal for this old Dane's state of mind when pondering the Universe and its give and take upon us all. But such is Nature in which each moment, each chapter or time in this journey is a blessing to be cherished. And everyone here in LL are the stars that shine in the night with love and hope through each and every sorrow and joy. We share in these joys, these sorrows, and help each of us to continue on. I saw and felt your kindness and love through Bo's and Sootie's illnesses and :rb_icon:and through Azalea's eye injury, surgery and recovery. Without you during these recent months, I would have lost it completely. Thank you thank you thank you.❤️❤️❤️

Azalea, Bella, Dancer and Spunky are doing ok in their respective realms and patterns. During the past few nights I haven't been able to do the stairs; Steve being the supper butler for the upstairs girls. To Bella and Dancer, it's not quite the same. I find them milling about downstairs until I set some fud down for them in the kitchen...then they eat! Oh my.

Today I drove a friend ours to Hartford to make it easier for him to concentrate on his citizenship exam. I've been periodically doing the Q&A part (100 questions) but he felt he was good to go on the writing and speaking part. Alas, I wish I had insisted on doing the practice writing part with him. He returns in two months to redo the writing section.

My friend who recently started home hospice care for her husband is feeling that they and the daily Hospice team are settling in together. I haven't been to visit recently bc David's sister (who is a retired RN) and niece have been visiting from out of town. Haven't heard about whether David will be participating in or accepted in a new trial that his oncologists suggested recently. Too many times before, other trials have been suggested (he went through all the tests etc) but David was declined
because of his diabetes (type Ii). So heartbreaking.

Have no new kitty pictures of late...oops oh yes, Steve took a couple of fuzzy pictures of azalea the other night.
Will include that one in all its fuzzy glory.

Love hugs and bushelsful of thanks and vines for you all, dear friends.❤️❤️❤️

Beautiful said, Sina.........

Nice report for your tribe and the photo of Azalea is so darn cute as she winks at us. ;)

The only not so good part of your post was you not being able to do the stairs. I am sorry about to hear that and is that from Lymes?

Great picture of Azalea. She is looking good. I'm glad the Tribe is doing pretty well. Sorry you're not able to do the stairs right now. I hope you are able to soon. This place is family. We support each other through rough times and celebrate with each other. Sending prayers. :bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug:

Glad you liked Steve's photo of Azalea. They are quite the duo.;)

Thanks for asking, Bobbie. Think is more from the mess of a spine and stenosis. gets dicey especially when balance off...trying to avoid any more tumbles. I'm sure Lyme is still lurking in there, though.

How are you and Bubba and your tribe?
:bighug::bighug:❤️❤️:bighug::bighug:

:bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug:needed to read your words today... thank you:bighug::bighug:

Amber, thank you ❤️❤️❤️:bighug::bighug::bighug:

Hi Sina,
Here are some "stairs" vines for you. I hope your condition improves soon.
Azalea looks good. I'm sure she is doing just fine with one good eye.
Hang in there. Take care of yourself and enjoy the company of your tribe.

What can be done for the stenosis? Is it a result of falls?
Perhaps more like which came first the chicken or the egg. I don't know what more can be done for the stenosis and osteoarthritis that continues on its mission. Have tried remedies, nutritional and herbal supports and I've gotten to the point that most of them are really hard on my stomach. I do have feeling that past bouts of Lyme definitely a player in all this.

Already had one fusion surgery a few years ago. My surgeon said a year ago that another fusion surgery even in the surrounding areas not doable. And doesn't recommend the pins and plates surgery in my situation,

One thing...when local homeopathic vet has come to the house and done energy work on one or the cats, it does resonate for awhile to everyone, including me. Maybe a big field of ever resonating reiki!

I like to think of the photo as being soft focus:p
