Good Morning all Lantus/Levemir Landers. We hope you are all well. Lots of healing vines to Booger, Skinky, Trix, Sasha, Minka, Harvey, Tricia, and anyone else who needs them.

LBG is doing super-rific today (decided to make up my own word). Yesterday morning, I did a btb with her and Tobey. I was laying on my side and she came up, snuggled against/on me and laid so her cheek was right on top of mine. And then she purred us both back to sleep She is the sweetest baby ever although I have to say that reconciling that sweet baby with the one that wrassles like a little heathen with Tobey is a tough thing

She's had a couple of really icky days. I think the quick drop on Friday triggered a bounce at about the same time she got some NDW so she stayed high, even in spite of R, longer than we would have liked. We are happy to see her clearing all that out today and hope the drop last night doesn't trigger another bounce but if it does.....we wait it out.

DBF's mom's service was yesterday. Now the really, really hard part starts for her when the shock wears off and the grief really hits hard. Those of you, like me, who have lost a parent or any dearly loved one (or very sadly, both) know what I mean.

We were thinking Missy G might decide to bounce today and we would go see American Sniper but she's decided to hang out at the Grotto a bit. Good baby!!

I love the image of her snuggling, cheek to cheek with you! It is amazing what split personalities they have, isn't it?

I do understand what you mean about your DBF. The worst time is when the services are over, everyone leaves, and life gets back to normal. Only, it isn't normal anymore. Thoughts and prayers are still with her.

Yes, you're so right about the hard part starting after the services are over. That's when the emptiness and missing really crashes down. And everyone else gets back to daily life as usual. My thoughts for your DBF.

Thank you, Marilyn. We've had nine cats in our married life and she definitely has the most personality of them all.....and we've had some with lots of personality. Missy G takes the cake ....and my heart.

Ugh....knew the bounce was inevitable after the drop last night and I doubt her depot is full yet with the new dose.
