Take your glucometer and some syrup with you to the vet just in case there's a wait.

If she has worms and they are tape worms, Revolution does NOT target tape worms. I know because that is Bubba's worm of choice. Revolution only targets, heart worm, hookworms and roundworms. Drontal is needed for tape worms. Did they confirm what kind of worm it was? Tape looks like a flat piece of noodle with segments. I have a great photo of a 6 inch one that Bubba throw up if you need to see it.
