1/21 Mandarin OTJ Trial Day 14 AMBG 67!!!

He did it!! It is day 14 and Mandarin pulled off a lovely green start. He was at 66 the day we started this trial and he's at 67 this morning... and let's forget some of the numbers in the middle. Still no clue what that was all about yesterday. And I fully expected a higher number this morning after all the overnight drama.

I had to drop Flora off for her dental this morning and since I had to feed the big boys and keep her out of the food, she was separated. And not happy about it. And she let her displeasure known. Loudly.

I still haven't heard anything from the vet. They promised to call once they put her under, take some x-rays and get a better look.

I just got the call from the vet and poor little Flora has 7 teeth with resorptive lesions that all have to come out. And four teeth had already fallen out on their own. She is way too young for that!

Flora is back home. She didn't want to come out of the carrier at first, so Capone decided that he would go in - it was such a sweet moment, he just gently sniffed her and welcomed her back. She's definitely still a bit sleepy and had no interest in food. I hope that she will want to eat something a bit later.

I still can't believe that they had to pull 7 teeth. Between Flora and her sister Iris, they have had way too many medical issues for how young they still are.
