The big day is finally here: Day 14 of Mandarin's OTJ Trial! :D:D:D I don't think I could be any more excited. I am just so thrilled that Mandarin managed to go into remission for a third time... and we will try our absolute hardest to make sure that he will stay there.

He is such a young cat (he will be 5 in May) and he has been through so much already. He was born into a feral colony and life-trapped when a road construction project destroyed their neighborhood. It took him quite a while to learn to trust me and I did not think I could successfully manage his FD when he was first diagnosed in 2014. I'll never forget the day the vet told me that he was diabetic - I for sure thought that that would be a death sentence for him. But we learned and he has blossomed and grown so much.

Mandarin is definitely my boy and I doubt that anyone else will ever be able to touch him. But he loves his bean and his feline siblings. I could not have asked for a better cat to help me raise foster kittens. He loves the wee babies and has welcomed every new foster. Congratulations, Mandarin - your bean is very proud of you!

I've so happy that you and Mandarin found each other! And I couldn't be happier for you that he is OTJ for a third time! Congratulations :otj::otj::otj::otj::otj:

Your story about Mandarin touched my. He is so lucky to have.you and sounds like such a special kitty. It's amazing you foster the teeny babies, too!

I am so happy Mandarin made his way back to the falls! Loved his OTJ party video.

CONGRATULATIONS!!
