Happy Lupita Friday....well, for some of us
Sending out tons of vines to all in need. We especially hope Amy's Dad and Elise's Mom are doing better.
Gracie was cuddled into the sherpa when Lupita came in today....after all, it is pouring down rain and our little Canadian girl had already been out on the catio feeling the mist on her face and was now ready for warm. Lupita walked into the kitchen and simply asked "where's the baby?". When you stand in the kitchen, you can see into our bedroom and I looked at Gracie who was looking at Lupita and across the pretty far distance, she replied with hisssssssssssssssssss. That's the way to start Lupita Friday, baby girl!! She and Tobey were hilarious last night; Tobey was behind the door of our bedroom and Gracie was peaking at him through the crack; his little while paw could come out and she'd slap it. He decided to come out from behind the door and he bolted out.....she was on him in a heartbeat and actually tackled him

Her numbers have been so wonky lately. She had about 36 hours of pretty nice numbers including a lovely nadir at 60 but then started bouncing and she's just not settling back down. I'm beginning to wonder if there is a tooth issue; dental scheduled for Feb 11. We're taking her dose up tonight.
The food issues continue. Because she's barfed every raw, except Primal venison, exactly 1.5 hours after I give it to her, we thought we'd try freeze dried raw, Feline Natural. It is rehydrated with warm water so we thought if it was perhaps the cold temp causing the vomiting, this would address that issue. Nope. she loved the food but 1.5 hours later...almost to the minute....she barfed it. I guess I'm just going to give up on raw and keep looking for canned that does not have gums in it (the Wild Calling does not have carrageenan so that's one step up).
Sorry we've been MIA. Mike is on vacation and we've been busy catching up on stuff we need to do together. I'm working today but should be back in tonight to catch up. Have a super day.
