Alex is status quo. He had a big breakfast and is taking a nap on the window sill now.
I wish his PS numbers would come down.

Alex's C&S Came back Totally Negative

Nothing at all grew. My vet tried to order Buprinex for me and was told it's only available as an injection.(I posted on health also). Is this true???
He wants Alex to eat Urinary S/O to try to break up his kidney stone as another option but he HATES it. Now I don't know what to do...

Oh something isn't right and I can't give it full attention bc I'm so busy at work but suffice it to say I gave Allie .5R at +6 :?

blood ketones 2.3 (whatever that means. I think it's similar to between trace and small..or maybe just trace in urine testing) at PMPS +3..giving fluids now. Why is BG getting higher and not lower?

Caryl.. I know you love your vet! But, have you thought about a second opinion.. this is just a suggestion as I can feel your frustration.

Hope that Alex is feeling better!

((((Caryl)))) Wish I could help too. I can only agree with Paula - obviously there is something going on that your vet isn't catching.
