Yesterday...
Since switching to Levemir, I'm seeing a lot more green, but I'm also seeing a lot more red. Even though he was coming back up at +9.5, I tested at +10.5 to see if his BG was high enough to try a small dose of R. It was 115, so I held off.
Looks like he's gone back to his Lantus pattern, but in reverse now (low during the day and bouncing every night).
