After his slow drop all day throughout the am cycle, I would have liked to get another test after that pm +6.25. But since I was actually asleep (and not coughing) when my husband tested, he went to bed and I didn't know Gizmo's number until this morning. I woke up once and just figured he had bounced back up and went back to sleep. Normally, I wouldn't have tested again, but I would've liked to know how low he went before I increased this morning. Oh well, I'm around to monitor so I just increased to 8.5 units anyways.
