Good morning, all.
First, adding to the healing vines and prayers for all whose beloveds crossed over in recent days

Yesterday I didn't condo about Sootie, but the thread to the 14th is above. Teddy and Max's passing and Neko's crisis were and continue to be very much in our hearts and prayers here.
Sootie was doing pretty well yesterday, one
Yesterday Civvie Bo had bouts of loose stool (and with his mobility limitations, he doesn't navigate in the ways that he used to, and certainly that he would much prefer for his own dignity). Hence rounds of clean up, fresh bedding, wash down floor, bathed him twice (he loves to snuggle, post-bath, all wrapped up in towels on my lap, sweet fella). His poo was normal again this morning, whew. But yesterday my back caved in. Was an ice pack and heating pad day as much as possible for this bean. Continued
re IBD/neoplasia/inflammation. Have been keeping Sootie's SS up-to-date though.Sootie's am bg this morning was 154 (is this when
If she's still in mid-blues, makes sense to dose, but my thinking is to do minimal micro dose (such droplet or shaved 0.1u minus droplets?) bc, and I'm verbalizing un-scientifically: this is a lot like a "reintroduction" of insulin to a body that has not 'needed' it for several days and is dealing with possible IBD and possible neoplasia TBD. If, Sootie is back in

(And thank you for the suggested resources and sharing your experiences and knowledge, all of which are huge help!), talked to our local homeopathic vet, have contacted our long distance homeopathic vet, and gathered some I hope helpful information about veterinary oncology resources within an hour to two hours from here. My thinking at this point is, along Wendy's approach, though really need to know more about whether chemo is appropriate for Sootie and her way. To that end, I'm making appointment at one of the veterinary oncology centers in ct (highly recommended by friend with personal experience there), for evaluation and to see what is or is not appropriate to do without 'invasive' testing. This person also made some good supplement suggestions that would align well with Sootie, but will review with vets first. We're getting there, thanks to you all
Wishing all good vines day and....smooth surfing (@Gussie's mom !), sailing, rowing (@Wendy&Neko !), dreams of comfort and peacefulness from our GA's and everything else that makes each moment a blessing.
