I only looked at Abby's ss, but one thing I'd mention is that if you aren't seeing blues, I'd increase every 6 cycles. Holding a dose more than 6 cycles when it's not getting them into greens or at least blues, becomes counter-productive. Inevitably you have to increase even more with the dose and you end up chasing the blood sugar.
As she moves into higher doses, you also want to begin thinking in terms of percentage for the dose increases. A cat on 1u needing an increase typically gets a 0.25u increase - that's 25%. On 10u, the same 25% dose increase would put the dose at 12.5u. Thinking like that can help you figure out what to do with the dose increases. If you're getting better numbers, use a smaller dose increase. If she's completely over 300, use a larger percentage. Both preshots and one test mid-cycle in both the am and pm cycles will give you enough info to be confident about her needing a dose increase (or not.)
I haven't been following your kitties daily, Jenn, so forgive me if I'm asking what's already been discussed, but have you talked about getting her tested for acro or iaa?
For lurkers, please note this is specific advice for Abby. Jenn is experienced with diabetic cats (obviously) and she tests enough to keep Abby safe. High dose cats require individual advice that might not be applicable to another kitty.
