Hope everyone has a wonderful Monday.

It is the last week at the "old" building for me. Friday we go for orientation and safety briefing on Fridayand then start work there next Monday.

Last weekend I did a test drive on the route I am going to take and snapped a quick photo of the new building.

I also went up with my co-workers last week to work on some testing projects (new technology, conference rooms, etc.)

Here is our brand new building!

We have the entire building. My department (IMS) is on the 5th floor. 1st floor will be retail and eateries and our main lobby.

Here is one pic of the lobby entry (still under construction). The mural came from our existing building - it got moved just the week before the water main break or it would have been lost! We lost a ton of company historical material on 9/11/01 - which were stored in the basement of WTC1. Some of it was already transferred to Houston (new world headquarters) but not all of it. Amazingly what was lost on 9/11 had survived the '93 bombing (we were in WTC2 at that time) which almost completely destroyed the basement/parking garages.

The remaining stuff had been moved out of storage into a room in our current building for preparation to move to the new building. It was stored in the room where the water main broke and we lost most of it. :(

Looks like Gizmo is behaving well and what exciting times to be moving into new digs at work. Very impressive building. I like that Y'all hang onto and remember your history as it leads you into the future.
 
Lizzie ,needing your expert advice . What SQ fluids do you use with Gizmo ? Right now I use Normosol-R multiple electrolytes Injection Type 1 with civvie ... could I use this with Elmo as well? Upon reading ingredients I’m thinking not . Thanks for your input !! Oh, and where do you purchase ur fluids ?? Homeopathic vet suggested Lactated Ringers or Saline . Use to give lactated to a civvie .

I think it is the same as what I am giving Gizmo. Here is the current bag I am using.

I would double check with your vet to be absolutely sure. I was told by my vet that this was interchangeable with lactate ringer solution.

I just ordered 4 bags from thrivingpets.com along with the line and a box of 100 needles.
