Happy Caturday!!

Well, the day is here (Apple Festival) and the car doors have been slamming outside my window since 6am! The church next door to me always has a free pancake breakfast on AF morning so it just adds to the chaos.

China's definitely feeling the change in the weather....all summer long she slept in one certain place on the floor and for the last couple of days she's been back snuggling with me most of the time (which of course I don't mind at all!)

Looks like the water in the lagoon might have been a little chilly too...she didn't stay long and is back on the beach sunning herself (but she always keeps one eye on the kitties in the lagoon!)

Hope all our members on the east coast are safe and dry!
 
It's getting kind of late in the season in those parts for prolong swims. But China, no need to go so far up on the beach. You could stretch out a little closer to the water!

EEEK!!!! Where'd that come from??? Maybe that water is colder than we thought!!

I gotta admit though...I really have no memory of this morning's shot...although seeing the 80, I knew I'd given something, I couldn't tell you what I gave her...guess we'll just have to see how the night goes!

Most of the festival goers are gone now, but the vendors will be up town for a little while longer and then they have to break everything down and then the city has to go through and clean up before they'll reopen the streets.

Had to run over to DM's this afternoon because her phone wasn't working for some reason...what's usually a 1 mile trip took 6 miles and instead of 3 minutes, took 30!! Cars and people everywhere!!

But I think I've survived it another year!
