If I squint my eyes really tightly together, that AMPS looks normal to me!! :)

I'm happy to see her back on duty as Deputy LagoonMistress.... Now if we can just start earning some reductions!!

In other news, I got a phone call early this morning from my pain doctor's office...the doctor was sick so my appointment was cancelled (at least they called before I left to drive up there!)....but then they called back later and said I'd need to come on Friday afternoon which is when DM's hair appointment is..and it's also her birthday and we'd planned on going out for lunch with her lady friends from the apartment building

I can probably get my DS to take DM to her hair appointment, but that doesn't fix the lunch problem...and she's really looking forward to lunch. I don't want to take the ladies all the way to Columbia since it's such a long drive.....plus the doctors office is no place for 3 little old ladies to sit for an unknown period of time :(

The wind is blowing crazy outside today too (so kind of glad I wasn't on the road) We're getting 70mph wind gusts and stuff is blowing all over the neighborhood!...could be worse though....we could be getting snow!

I hope you can change your appointment to a different day. I remember how difficult that doctor is though.

Looks like maybe she's thinking about earning that reduction!!

@tiffmaxee ....yeah, can't change it....they only do pump refills 2 days a week...Tues/Weds so they're trying to cram everyone in that was supposed to come today on Friday afternoon or Monday

Monday I have to take mom in for fasting bloodwork in the morning and then we have an appointment in the afternoon we've been waiting for for 3 weeks to get in to see the Adult Services coordinator to see if we can find a better supplemental plan for her Medicare that won't leave her in the donut hole on her medications by August of each year

On top of that, there's a limited number of days before the pump runs dry, so it's got to be Friday

Sorry its so windy. Not good for the allergies. Wer'e having winds in Riverside, Ca. but not 70mph. At least not yet. Happy to know that the bug is finally gone and all is well with your furbabies.:)
 
Hey Chris, I hope that Friday will work out for you and for your mom. Maybe you can do the birthday lunch on Saturday?

Phooey on the appointment moved to Friday. I like Ella's thought. A weekend lunch with the ladies.

As for China...wow, girl. The bean wants a reduction; you're trying!

I'm still getting caught up, but it looks like China's feeling better. Her numbers are looking wonderful tonight! I hope you're able to arrange to see the pain doc, and also enjoy lunch with your mom.
 
China is looking awesome!! I'm so glad she's working on getting the dose back down - she'll have a reduction before you know it (but not Friday, China. Bean's busy).

Bummer on the doctor appt. snafu. I don't suppose there's some nice shops or something near your doctor's office that you could drop the ladies at while you're at your appointment, then pick them up for lunch after? Otherwise, Ella's idea sounds good to me.
 
That pain doctor of yours is most frustrating! I hope you can work it all out to everyone's satisfaction. Happy birthday to DM.
