Although I did see a brief green number yesterday in response to an increase, today the numbers are high / flat. I introduced laculose for ongoing problems with constipation. Initially I thought there was no BG impact because I didn't see the big spike I saw with just one dose of Epakatin, but now I'm not so sure. After the big spike, I replaced Epakatin with Aluminum Hydroxide, but that can cause constipation... This constipation thing is a real pain in the butt. 
I'll review sugar free options with my new best friend the compounding pharmacist if I can see any evidence it is working, but that might take a week or so.

I'm really not into sports, so I'd have to say neither. That makes me sound boring - I'm not. In the last couple of years, I've tried to learn to watch football, but I'm still learning the game.
