Will ya look at that? It's been 11 days since our last green AMPS, so it's great to see Jenks dipping his toes in the water this morning. It was so nice to see him flatten out at the end of the night cycle and ride it into AMPS rather than bumping up a bit like he usually does. OH is going to need to be on watch through the first quarter to half of the cycle, just in case he has a big drop planned.

Also, buckle in everybody, because OH is headed out of town on Saturday for about 10 days. Get ready for some wild and woolly Jenks action.
 
Jenks had a great day......until he didn't.

Beautiful greens through midcycle before it fell apart. His numbers had tripled in the three hours after the midcycle test. Worse yet, in the final three hours of the cycle he managed to tack on another 100 points, ultimately quadrupling the midcycle reading. And there's not a lick of good that I can do about it, which sucks.
 
I know you’re an experienced bean ( more then me) but he’s had 3 drops under 50 with one under 40. Maybe try a 1/4 or 1/2 reducie? :bighug::bighug::bighug:
 
Thanks for stopping by with support @Doodles & Karen! I'm currently gearing up for OH to go away starting this weekend, which may mean a rash of cuts is in store for when Jenks decides to have his big drop.

Speaking of drops, we're having a pretty nice one at the moment. Down about 100 points at the overnight feeding. The real question is - will he carry a lot of momentum past AMPS and give OH a heart attack in the midst of Thanksgiving prep or not?
