not bad for a bounce.
Definitely better than his typical bounces!

And about last night, I know he dropped a bit from +11/PMPS and +2 but I felt like it was slow enough that he would be safe for the night without anymore testing. I just can’t stay up late on work nights unless he’s dropping fast and hard and need to stay up to test. I’m sure he dropped into some greens last night but he seems to have stayed safe :cat:

The +2 was lower, but you are right, but not dramatically, so all likely the cycle was active, but not overly so. As long as you left food out it was probably OK.
I might have got a +3, because in that same situation I wouldn't have been able to get to sleep without knowing. I hope you are feeling better.

I planned on getting a +3 but fell asleep, still taking cold medicine. Not totally over this cold, lots of congestion still and a cough:(I did leave food in the auto feeder for him, I always do. I feed him several small meals throughout the day so he always gets small snacks in the auto feeder, I just change the carb % when needed. He seems great this morning, running and playing.

That's good.
Good to hear he's feeling playful.
He’s been extremely playful lately. He runs like crazy through the house, sometimes just running through the house by himself and sometimes chasing his siblings. He has been playing with a ball and a little catnip bag toy. He bats it around with his paws and then picks it up with his mouth and throws it in the air :joyful:

Happy Monday, Sarah and Blaze :bighug: Sending more healing prayers, that your strength keeps increasing :bighug: Those nasty colds can sure take the starch out of a persons drawers :woot:

Give him some more food, and don't be afraid to give MC, if you want piece of mind while at work.
You can leave another snack or two more in the autofeeder.
I just have him a little bit of 15% carb and will leave some LC/MC in the auto feeder for when I have to go back to work. Since Im still sick, I won’t be going to the gym after work so will head home at 5pm today so I’ll be able to grab a +11 too.

PMPS is 113, not sure what to do since he’s come down a bit from +11. It’s a work night for me, so I can’t stay up late testing. This number is my lowest pre shot yet.

Sarah, you are handling this all like a pro PLUS recovering from the yuck ...keep taking care of yourself cos Blaze is and will be great :bighug:

Thank you Beth! You gotta fake it till you make it, right?! :p;)I’m definitely feeling more comfortable with taking care of Blaze and his FD. But also trying to make my health and sleep a priority too:bighug:

Sarah , just be glad Blaze responds to higher carbs ...that's a huge blessing :cat: And from where I sit you aren't faking it , you're making it :) You remain calm and steady when he throws you a curve . Awesome Momma Bean for sure :bighug:

Yes thank god he responds to higher carbs! And he is a very reliable eater. I KNOW that I can load up
the auto feeder for when I go to bed and he will eat it. And he will push his civvie siblings out of the way if they try to eat his snacks :joyful:

Thank you Beth, you’re so sweet! I try to stay calm, I know he’s been in safe numbers so far and will respond to carbs when I need to intervene with food. I’m sure there will be some freak out situations for me at some point but I try my best to stay calm:woot:
