Good morning everyone!

Leo is sitting in the lemon tree this morning but I see he’s in good company at least! I completely forgot to set my alarm for a mid-cycle test. :banghead:

We woke up to a “winter wonderland” this morning! It’s very beautiful, I wish it wasn’t so cold though!

Leo usually goes straight to the door to go out for his morning walk, but this morning he took one look outside and went btb! I have to get him used to walking in the snow! :rolleyes: This should be fun! :joyful:

I hope Leo slides down and surfs today. Too funny he didn't want to go out in the snow. I'd love to have some snow. We have a slight chance to get a little next week.
 
Haaa!! Suddenly we are no longer dealing with Mowgli begging at the door either, wonder why? :rolleyes:

Debra is right - Leo needs to rock some snow shoes! Or put him on a little sled:facepalm:
Sonia - why does all that northern beauty have to be so cold?! It sounds so nice, with a fireplace, lots of blankets and a snuggly kitty, with a view of all that snow! In my younger days, I'd just want to play in it!

Those are very low hanging lemons Leo caught - he should be grabbing his mouse, and heading to the beach quite soon. Scritch and push him on down:cool:

We had just a bit of snow overnight but have received about 2 inches in the last hour. It is very pretty outside; some of the trees still have colourful fall leaves on them and now some snow.
Leo....just a couple of steps to the beach.....

I did pull my snowblower into the house & will be working on it nice & warm :joyful: It's only in the 20's today Brrrrr!!

It's more the wind that scares him, even in the summer! I think he feels like something's touching him, lol.
I can send you some, by January we'll have lots to spare! I hope you do get some, it's really beautiful when everything is white and clean.

It would be really tough to climb a lemon tree with snow shoes on!!! :joyful::joyful::joyful: Great idea, Debra!! Trying that tomorrow morning!! :joyful: We'll see!!

Oh, I'm so sorry you have to deal with the cold and snow...the very reason we make the great migration every year, twice a year...I've just had enough of that cold and snow...and all of my friends and relatives are telling me now that we left at just the right time...temps in the teens, snow on the ground ... brrr...today it was 90 degrees here and we sat out on the lanai with Luci - it didn't feel that hot - there was a lovely warm breeze...need I say more? Luci doesn't want to come in from the lanai at all...so we just have to go out and join her there :)

If we could send you some of our cold, we would all have perfect weather!!! :joyful::)
The best time to get a full appreciation of the weather here is January/February!!! :joyful::p:nailbiting:
