11/9 Tigger AMPS 309, PMPS 424 - increasing to 1.5u

I gave the 1.25 a full 12 cycles instead of 8-10 since my GF had that little mistake in there.
Hope I was right that it was time to increase. I can test frequently the next 5 cycles so it felt safest.
Fingers crossed we get this boy less bouncy/more regulated!
