Good morning. My girl decided to only spend a little time on the trampoline. I am happy she has come back down already.

It is brutally cold here today and the winds are at 40mph gusts. :eek::arghh: The windchill right now is 12. Definitely an indoor recess day. Boy do I wish I could just stay home in bed with the kitties today. I hate winter!!

Gizmo and Osha were having a grand time on the trampoline last night. Glad they both came down! What is up with those high spike she it having? I don't have much experience with all this but haven't see that before.

We had a cold front blow in this morning - but it is NO where near 12*. I kinda enjoy the cooler weather but cooler here is relative.

I don't know. Some kitties are just very bouncy kitties. My girl just loves extreme numbers. :facepalm: Gizmo, please don't take lessons from Osha.

Ack! Just got kiddo on the bus and it's awful out there. And this is our high for today....it's supposed to get colder as the day goes on. :arghh:
 
I'm glad Osha is sliding down today. I hope she surfs safely in the lagoon. Our wind chill is around zero degrees right now.

Amanda gave the best explanation "some kitties are just bouncy". I like to use Ivana as the poster kitty for showing how some kitties bounce all the way to OTJ. She would start the day in the mid/ high 200's and hit the 20's later in the cycle. :arghh: Take a look at her 2015 SS and the 2016 SS. It was only the last few weeks before she went OTJ that she stopped those nasty dives and bouts of unexplainable wacky numbers.

Glad the bounce has cleared and Osha is looking good. We're in the 20's without wind chill, it will be 6 degrees tonight. Going to put electric blanket on the bed.

Woohoo! Surf in Empress of the green. :D

Dyana's JD was a more extreme bouncer. 9 years on insulin, still loved the rainbow. Not unheard of black and green in the same day and on microdosing. Yup, some cats just love that trampoline. And Osha, I am not condoning the traditional Christmas colours!

I just came in from chipping ice from around the solarium. What happened to our usual winter! :mad: Of course, I still see school kids walk by in shorts. :rolleyes:

I don't have an electric blanket, but I did get my down comforter out of the closet!

Believe me, when DD is 18, I want to move somewhere warmer!!!

Yikes, chipping ice does not sound like fun. It really amazes me to see what kids will wear in this weather. One student today came to school with only a sweatshirt hoddie type jacket. :eek:

I love that Gizmo and Osha have become such good friends. It's great that you guys enjoy hanging out together so much. Gizmo, please stay safe and don't follow Osha back onto the trampoline this morning.

My mom is doing SOOO much better!!! She barely uses the walker at all anymore!!! She is getting stronger by the day. The procedure she had was really great for her.

I hope you, Dre and Rico are doing well. :bighug::bighug:
