Sunday Happy Monday everyone! Luci started out the same yesterday - her numbers are flattening out a bit lately it appears - she has the same reading from one hour to the next...she seems to be settling in at the lagoon almost daily now which I'm glad to see. She's still klunk, klunk, klunking around using her casted leg now for support - she's not hobbling - so I'm not sure if that means she's bearing weight on it now or since it's sturdier than the last one is just able to support herself better with it. She does seem to be getting around a bit better. I did get a lot done yesterday - thankfully - little Christmas tree is up and decorated and a few decorations are out. It was such a gorgeous day we did go to the beach. Here are a couple of pics. This is my favorite beach - Little Hickory - lots of shells, about a mile or so in each direction makes for a nice walk. Not too crowded at all. Low tide leaves lots of shells for inspection I hope everyone has a peaceful and calm day!
Oh I'd love to take a walk on the beach each morning! Happy to hear that Luci is coping a bit better with the new cast.
Those pics are making me Hella jealous!!im imagining myself there now!! congrats on getting the tree up and glad to hear it sounds like Luci May be bearing more weight on her leg, hopefully she will be able to get her cast off on schedule also so nice to hear she’s flattening out. I have to get mowgli to ask her how to do that!
It's great to hear Luci's klunking around, I bet her leg is feeling much better with the sturdier cast. What a beautiful beach you have Sue! I'm with Judy, I'd definitely walk it every day! Have a great day!
That beach is beautiful, think I'll move to the West coast Glad to hear that Luci's is getting around more easily, hope the paw is healing nicely
Great Photos! I love to look for shells. I didn't think there were many around anymore? Sending good vibes to Luci! I hope she gets that lousy cast off soon!
Ahhhhhhh - Sue, I could relax there, and I'll take care of Luci too We will believe that time is now healing Luci, and she will be in great shape by 2020. Give her extra love from Texas. Enjoy your day!
