Both constipation and successful kibble raids can make for higher numbers. Sending more poo vines.

A comment about your shot times. If you need to make up time from the late shot, you should be adjusting by 15 minutes per shot OR 1/2 once a day. I see some days recently where you've moved it up by 1/2 hour twice a day.

Yes, I mis-remembered-as in 30 minutes each cycle, rather than each day. sigh.

The constipation was relieved yesterday early afternoon. Yet she remains in pink and yellow

She's not had a successful kibble raid in weeks, I mentioned "attempts". None were successful. I only mentioned her resumed attempts, because if she does not make attempts, it means that she is not feeling very well. She makes approximately 8 attempts a day. Her last success was weeks, perhaps months ago. I generally note each successful kibble raid, because the kibbles raise her BG levels.

She may still be recovering from her pancreatitis attack. I just don't know. At any rate, she has receded far far back from her recent good numbers.

Her diabetes diagnosis was March 17, 2014. She's a little less than 3 months away from her 3 year diabetes "anniversary".+ She's a high dose kitty, for some reason or other. It is my understanding that 3 years is a pretty good run for a high dose diabetic kitty. If that understanding is correct, I am fearful that this spate of high numbers is signaling the beginning of the end for TiTi. Naturally, I am not feeling terrific as I watch these numbers climb.

Just 3 days ago she had green nadirs and 4 days before that.....I know it's hard to see those stinky pinkies, but just follow the protocol and hang in there

None of us are ever guaranteed a tomorrow, but if we let ourselves worry about what might come tomorrow, we miss the good things that are happening today.

Now TiTi....did you get into Santa Paws's cookies? It's not nice to worry your mamabean, so let's see you work that juice a little harder, OK?
 
If Titi is an acro kitty, it's very normal for the acro tumour to wax and wane over time meaning she needs more or less insulin as a result. There is no one good dose, just the good dose of the day, so just keep following the protocol to get you to better numbers. As Chris mentions, green was very recent. Be patient.

High numbers are not the signal for the end. I had to battle low numbers the night before the vet came to set Neko free. High numbers can be the result of many things, a pancreatitis flare is one of them.

This is a relief to read.
I think the pancreatitis is still at work.
She's been a very consistent yellow to pink for 5 cycles now. Ireally don't know what to do other than cerenia, good food, lots of love. I am so worried.
Every time I get her close to a steady keel, something untoward happens. It's so discouraging, so worrisome.
