Looks like he's getting some amazing duration! :D Are you feeding him any food later in the cycle? When I see a 58 as late as +8, I'd give him a little snack to see if he'll surf or even come up a little bit to make sure he's safe to dose at PMPS. On the up side, this is the first under 50 of 3, and you get some sleep. I hope he comes up a bit soon.

Sending healing vines for you Lucy. :bighug:

Thanks, Wendy. :bighug:

Squallie has appetite issues, and if I feed him a snack at +8 there is a very good chance he will only eat a couple of bites of his dinner.:nailbiting:

I see Squallie dropped. I know you know what to do. Just making sure. My asthma meds are kicking in to so I know about fuzzy.

Two others are dropping, so bouncing around.

Me too, trying to follow them and be helpful, as much as I can. Squallie never got a shot tonight, he was down to 47 at PMPS.

What kind of study?

It's been many years since I needed prednisone. Thus episode hit fast and hard.
It's a study involving using one-way valves in damaged lungs, to increase capacity for air volume. I'm about 3/4 of the way through the screening process and would have to drop out if I have an exacerbation bad enough to require prednisone. So I'm hitting this cold with everything I've got, trying to tough it out!

Is there a name for this study? Would be interesting.
Lol, yes there is. I have it written down on the papers they gave me on it, I'll see if I can find them and let you know. This is the second study using valves, I was in the first one, too, but couldn't continue due to collateral ventilation in my lungs. For this one, the collateral ventilation isn't a problem, it needs a clear line of demarcation (I only have the slightest idea of what they are talking about here) which they think I may have. Also have to make it through the randomization. So fingers crossed!

Better. Coughing isn't so bad during the day. Getting better at being able to sleep laying down. Pred is coming to and end. 1 tab a day for next 3 days then ends. So hope it doesn't start up again.
