Yesterday

Good Evening, L&LL,

Rusty and Edward had a good day holding the fort while I was out on a beautiful hike through the winter woods in an area where we paddle often. The new snow was lovely. Tired now, however (we did about 7 miles on narrow trails under towering hemlocks and white pines).
Rusty ate pretty well today. Going downstairs now to hold his bowl!

Oooooh! LOVE the picture, Ella! What a beautiful place you live in. Wow, 7 miles in snow? No showshoes? Impressive. No wonder you're tired.
