pooped overnight ... on the floor...
(his sister pooped in the box, he won't poop in the box when there's already poop inside... there is another litterbox 3 ft apart but he won't use that one)

might go back to EVO then.
cos he also has kidney issue.
don't give him much dry food nowadays

Yes that could certainly contribute, guess you haven't found a low carb dry you could leave out for him at night??

I would have tried for a +2 or so after that 200 PMPS.

dry food: we got Young Again Zero, he barely tolerates it (this cat had no trouble switching from dry to wet); so it is a great overnight dry food for him (and me - not to worry that he is Soooo hungry while I am sleeping...)
