:woot: Wow! Just checked your SS there And it looks amazing! I think Lantus is definitely the way to go for Teasel! So happy that I checked in to some fabulous news! Keep it green! :D

Hi there, Tara!! Great to see you here! Yes, we keep chugging along but the numbers are better on Lantus and he feels better too. I know you've connected with Ruby a couple of times. Isn't it great that friendships can be forged over the Internet?! :smuggrin:

How is Miss Tempest doing?

Yes we met up a couple of times Kris, isn't it funny how things change our lives, this time this cloud really had a silver lining. (For me as well as Tempest).

Tempest is great, she gave me a high reading the other day. The highest I've seen in a long time lol 6.6 ;) she's due to go in for a dental, I've been putting it off since January as I'm scared she might come out of remission and well, not that confident in my vet with regards to FD as you know.

So pleased for you, do you think maybe, possibly there might be a teeny weeny chance for remission here?

I'd be very surprised if Teasel goes into remission, Tara. I really think he's one of the "lifers". He's a complex diabetic and it's now 18 months since his diagnosis. He could surprise me but I don't worry about it. I just want to optimize his BGs without me having to live on the edge of potential hypo all the time. :)

I will keep praying anyway! I admire you Kris, like I only had a short time (and lots of wonderful people helping me) dealing with it, and I don't think I could have coped for 18 months worrying about hypos, mind you, I was really unlucky (or lucky since she reacted so well) In having that happen after the first shot...

I know you will get there! Heck! Look how far you have both come already! :bighug:
