Making notes and formulating ideas/plans to adapt TR to Mr. Unpredictable. I know that 3 days is generally too short a time to evaluate a dose for him so I'm building that into my custom protocol. I also suspect that I'll have to play more with fat and skinny doses. It's a work in progress.

Yep, a constant work in progress. Fat and skinny doses start coming in handy as you start to approach good doses - at that point, it's amazing to see what a minor tweak in dose can do!

Thanks, Kris..doesn't take much to entertain me ....I e fallen behind updating SS so need to get on that ( I say to my procastinating self). Have had ton of family drama going on the kind where u try to help then have to witness otherwise intelligent people make REALLY stupid choices..ah well, such is life
