What you may be seeing is new dose wonkiness (NDW) we often see when the dose is increased. Be patient and let the depot fill.

I was pretty certain the 0.25u wasn’t going to work for him but with the 40s number, you had to decrease. You might even find the 0.5u won’t be enough but you’ll need to give it time as Mandy suggested.
