We're making progress! No pinks since dropping the RadCat and she's spending her nights in the lagoon, so other than the flat yellow days, these are much more "China-like" numbers

And today we have a blue surf!! :cool:....and still hoping she might dip her toes in the lagoon later this cycle, but if not, I'm still happy to see her out of those crazy numbers

If I can keep her fairly stable for another day or 2, I might try adding back some raw, but haven't quite decide yet if I'll try the RadCat again or something different that I found online called Feline Natural Chicken and Lamb (I ordered a pound of it when I ordered my last RadCat just to see if she liked it). They also have a freeze dried product that I think @Marje and Gracie use.

The food experiment continues!
 
yes...I bought the Feline Natural Chicken and Lamb and both cats loved it. However, Gracie vomited it as she has done with all the raw or rehydrated raw and Tobey got really soft stools. So my caution would be to add it very, very slowly but I'd say that about any raw. We did do that with Tobey but he still didn't tolerate it. I am feeding him Primal raw (also tried Gracie on it and she vomited) and he's done superior on it. They both love this as well.

Good luck on finding something. How strange the RadCat raised her BG because it does appear to be LC.
 
Since she's been eating raw for over a year, I don't think it'll upset her too much but it's the BG numbers that will tell the biggest story I suppose. There's no reason I can think of either that the RadCat should have such an effect on her numbers, but as soon as it was the only raw she was getting, her numbers went crazy and as soon as it was completely removed, her numbers became more stable, so I don't know what's going on. She'd been eating Natures Variety raw until I ran out of the last of the "old formula" and she had to go on the RadCat.

I have so much of it in my (and DM's) freezer that I'm hoping at some point I can re-introduce it and it won't cause the same craziness, but we'll just have to wait and see I guess!

Part of my food experiment has always included bringing the RC back into the picture and seeing if her numbers go wonky again
 
Looks like the proof is in the "pudding." Or, cat food, as the case may be. Just sort of odd. But look at those numbers...

Hope the re-introduction goes well.

Nice to see China back to her old self. Crazy how the raw did it. I give Max some rehydrated Stella & Chewy's but haven't given enough at one time to see what it would do. The say it as well as the frozen is under one percent carbs.
 
Still surfing that pretty green wave!!

Guess I really should plan on getting at least one more test in later in the cycle just to make sure she's not going to pull any funny business
