Happy Fursday!!!
Well, Miss China is still throwing me a lot of curve balls with her trips to the lagoon followed (too quickly) by her going ashore and staying there
I guess as long as she gets into the lagoon at all, I should be happy..but I sure like seeing her spending a lot more time there than she has been lately
@tiffmaxee ...all the vets that have groomers around here require that cats are up to date on their vaccines...and according to them, "up to date" is yearly....which we all know is ridiculous!! The quandary is....do I go ahead and pay for the unnecessary vaccines so I can get her done near home (which is a lot easier on my body as well as less stressful for her since it limits her time in the car).....or do I drive over an hour away to a vet that is more "enlightened" about how often they need to be shot?
The office that did the grooming yesterday is the same quack that told me "insulin was a hassle and if we can get China's BG into the 300's they'd be happy".....for the first time since China was originally diagnosed there almost 3 years ago, they asked me if I still had her....they had never even called to follow up on her!
They were shocked that she was still alive and doing so well
