Happy appy, snuggly, spunky, feisty, and anti-jinxes. Not loving the AMBG, but it is what it is. Today is the last day of her AB...can't believe it's already been 28 days! Praying that she doesn't backslide this time.
My Mom's phone issue is basically resolved, but what a hassle and headache. In a nutshell, she and my Dad had pre-paid GoPhones - put $25 in every 3 months to maintain the account. They hardly ever used them. When my Dad passed away last summer, I tried to get AT&T to transfer his accumulated funds to my Mom's account. They told me they couldn't do it, but the did extend his expiration date for a year so that she had a good amount of time to use up the build up of finds. That was not ideal, but adequate. Until my nephew popped the SIM card out of my Dad's phone...then the phone died. Ultimate, after several calls and a trip to the AT&T store, I asked again the rep if they could transfer the funds to my Mom' account...she didn't need a second phone and the only way to salvage the funds was to get a new phone. Well, lo and behold, the rep said, "Sure!" - he COULD transfer the funds to my Mom's account! Good - but also GRRRRRR, since they told me on at least 3 separate occasions last summer that this could not be done.
But, it's done.
And with that, I must get moving....2.5 days left to get ready for the show this weekend.
Prayers to all, with extras for Carol and her Mom.....
