Skooter's near, but just not quiet reducie condo 02/01

DOH! My bad, I thought I had started a condo for today, but better late than never, right?

So tired and this week is gonna be a crazy one at work.....so much to get done at home and at work and just not enough time to do it....I am being very ambitious with what I want to get done this week so I can really start focusing on my weight loss stuff....wish me luck!

So far Skooter is being a good little boy for momma bean and I hope that he is able to keep this up....

I hope everyone had a good Monday and survived it.....forgot to eat dinner and now its too late, so to sleep I go lol
 
Molly, skipping meals will help you lose weight, but it's not a good way to do it! How in the world do you forget to eat? It's all I think about (she said as she munched on a garlic pretzel bite)!

Skooter looks like he's enjoying a moonlight swim. Tell him not to do what Cinco did last night! I think you need your sleep.

I was trying to catch up on my quotes of the day and three things I am grateful for. I have them all on FB but my intent was to have a book with them in it and I was on January 7th :(

By the time I looked up, it was like 915 or so....and I had been munching on chips. Now, of course, I am hungry....oh well, sleepytime for this kid as long as Skooter gives momma a nice +5 in about 15 minutes. Those garlic pretzel bites sound DELIGHTFUL!


Tomorrow, I will pick up dinner on my way home.....need to make some cards tomorrow night.....time is running out for me to get them all made!!!

I'm a big proponent of eating a balanced diet of lots of lean chicken and fish, veggies, fruits, whole grains, nuts, healthy fats like avocado and olive oil; avoiding chips, white bread, white rice, white potatoes, sugar when you control it; not dieting, and working out (I do high intensity interval training 2x/wk and weight train 3-4x/week). No meal skipping ;) lots of protein;);) and tracking every bite...I use the "Lose It!" App :). Yoga :):):)
