Oh rats. I'm so sorry to hear that. It's a rotten club. But lots of good people are in it. Hugs:bighug::bighug::bighug:

Feel better soon, TiTi! Pancreatitis is no fun at all, but it is a rather large club of awesome kitties, isn’t it? :bighug::bighug::bighug:

Yes. The disease stinks, but the beans and kitties are, indeed, awesome.

Thank you. She is better, but that is only due to the actions of the steroid. Usually the steroid reduces the inflammation enough for TiTi to get some time free from the pain. Her last episode was January 2nd, so the steroid bought her 8 weeks of pancreatic acquiescence. But the times between pancreatic attacks are diminishing, so I'm a little scared.

Me, too. It's such a nasty illness. Rather than giving TiTi small amounts of steroids daily, I use a larger dose of a sub-q steroid to knock it out immediately. Dunno for sure, but I think , at least for TiTi, it's a healthier choice.
