Yes, now I have another patient to attend to...lots of moaning and groaning overnight. The nerve block was wearing off yesterday afternoon - and now this is the 'promised' third day - which we're told will be the most painful. It's proving to be true so far.
Luci is happy that her dad is home - she was snuggling next to him in bed yesterday evening...and was really happy when he had a cheese stick (how does she know?)
with his meds...always has to have something to eat with those meds... Rehab therapist and visiting nurse are coming today to provide instructions and review our home for accessibility, etc. it'll be an interesting day...
Thank you all for your well wishes and prayers. I'm hoping its all downhill from here...Luci is supposed to provide the entertainment - let's see how well she does with her assignment
