Lincoln didn't get a condo yesterday because it was a super busy day for foster mom and dad. Lime dipping and sterilizing, guy here to do final measuring to get blinds put up in the house, in-laws in town, uff-da. Lincoln had a pretty fabulous day of numbers for it. Tried getting a little low, I think I might have drawn a tad too much insulin in the rush, kept trying to get air out, too-much, too-little... think we settled on a fat dose.

Seems like Lincoln is sensitive with what goes on outside of his window. His +6 test last night was a little while after our storm started to move in. Lots of wind and rain hitting the side of the house. Today we are supposed to get up to 65 mph winds. Its been mixed rain and snow since the middle of the night. Fun day ahead!

Not sure how to help him improve. Increasing drops him too much despite feeding into the curve. But he is still hitting too high too often on this dose. Might need to give higher carbs in the early cycle slots to prop up that drop a bit more? Thats hard because his cycles are not consistent and can randomly fly up or drop. Might need to just wait and watch until fresh insulin is here.

Aw poor Lincoln is a sensitive kitty. So was my Marshmallow. Hope he doesn't get too upset during the storm. He might need a fat dose or a skinny dose if he's so sensitive to a full increase or decrease?

Lincoln sure is testing you, isn't he? I don't know much, but I do know you'll figure it out.

Little guy sure is having a tough go of it. Shipping vines for some negative ringworm tests to at least get that stress off both of you.
