    Amps 86, 0.25u, after bugging me for food for hours, only ate a little :confused:... put one drop karo paw to hopefully slow onset.

    Hiya Bobbie! Lol, insomnia for years but I try to lay still to rest depending on Millie and Myagi activity. :p

    For about 2 years I have been suffering with insomnia too. I started taking GABA supplements ( got from a health food store but, online is cheaper) What a difference. I take one before I go to bed and I am sleeping more deeply and getting right back to sleep after I get up to pee or check on Bubba.
