Yesterday's thread

My mommy instincts are still well-developed - Benny woke me up a full hour before his usual feeding time, and half an hour before my usual wake-up time, crying for food. I wish I could have turned over and gone back to sleep, but I was up and on my feet before I even realized I was awake. Never could sleep through the sound of kids crying in the night. :D

Guess we've started the Daylight Savings Time adjustment already - we managed to hold off until 15 minutes before his normal T/F/S time, but the poor kid wanted his food, so we went ahead.

He's doing well but obviously starving half to death and he may never have enough to eat again. He wolfed down his first serving, with his AB pill crushed into it, then wolfed down his 2nd serving with his Onsior (pain meds), then came back for more. :cat:

He's still looking a little stoned form the opiates, and he was a squirmy little pill for his test (because STARVING!!), but otherwise doing well. Gave a "skinny" 0.25 this AM, we'll see how he reacts.

Vines for all the kitties in distress and their devoted beans - may all surf safely today!

Oh dear Poor Benny!! What an evil Momma Bean making starving kitty wait 15min for his Breffs.:joyful::joyful::joyful:

Hope he recovers quickly from his Dental.
When George had his bad teeth, the infection he had had gone up into his sinuses and at one point we thought he had an infection (no discharge though) wondering if that's a possibility with Benny's ear issue? Though it sounds like vet had a good look and he has discharge there, so probably not.
